How useful do you find the gybe strop you fitting on your boom?

The boomcam is mine so I asked the owner and he said:

"My main comment would be light winds are ok if you sit on each side to balance the boat but the RS500 is definetly a boat for stronger winds to maximise the use of the trapeze.!!"

How well does the 500 sail in light winds then? Is it still good fun when the wind drops a bit?
