@l0b0t0mie T'inquietes pas, ce putain de saxophoniste de fou (Mathieu Metzger), je pense qu'il est bien actif. Je ne suis pas au courant de tout, mais il fait parti de Klone et ils ont beaucoup tourne recemment et ils ont une grosse tourne a venir (FR/UK/GER/SWI/LUX/NEZ et le Hellfest en Juin) !

le groupe s'oriente de plus en plus vers un style plus jazzy avec le temps, leur dernier album en particulier est très groovy (cependant il n'y a plus de saxophone)

de cet album je te conseilles les chansons "addicted to oblivion" et "usual crap" ainsi que d'autres plus classiques comme "daddy's happy" ou "inner hell"

well, actually... they are.

jazz metal genre does exist but, it's much bands like atheist, cynic or opeth, but nothing like trepalium.

but there's a lot of french metal bands that sound (kind of) like this : gojira, hacride, klone ("all seeing eye" album)...

At first he recommended me Meshuggah, but I didn't quite latch on to their popular songs I found.

If you're not already into Mastodon, I suggest you check them out if you prefer a more progressive feel. Otherwise, their album, "Blood Mountain" has plenty sludge.

Don't mean to sound like a dick but I would say I know pretty much all of the popular metal bands, I have searched for Gojira sound alikes for a years and have come up with nothing, have been recommended a shit load but there really isn't alot out there similar to Gojiras sound. I would reccomend Hacride because their big, slow, chord prog, atmospheric sound. You know of any underground G-alikes?
