In the censored version, I remember Tim telling when the elephants sneezed it blew their trunks apart and killed them both, or something to that effect.

Tim Conway, in ad-libbing all of this, was determine to have Vicki Lawrence break character and crack up, a challenge to him. Although she came close, she held on and turned the tables on him. Other than the bleeped *sshole comment made by Mama/Vicki, it was aired "as is" on TV. I remember seeing it on the original run and even my straight-laced mom almost fell out of her chair laughing so hard.

I used to love watching this show growing up. I don't know how they kept it together as good as they did. Sometimes just looking at Tim Conway you have to bust out laughing just from the look on his face! Great Show wish they ran re-runs of it
