If you want to make a good seal without using cork, you could buy bottle capper and caps, avialable at any homebrew store... search Amazon for "bottle capper" and you should be able to find one easy enough... I use one all the time for making beer and it should work great for Nuka Cola as well! caps come in all sorts of colors too, if you want to coordinate...

i tried ur i idea not saying its stupid but i screwed up and messed up with the tonic light and used reg water and didnt do the light and instead of blue color dye i used a smoke grenade and pulle the pin igot most of the smoke in so it just looked like a foggy white fart cloud

Its funny that almost all 19 year old or younger americans have never tasted the true Coca-cola, because since then they changed the cane sugar for high fructose syrup which is cheaper but doesn't taste the same. Here in Mexico we can chose between the plastic bottled or can bottld or the glass one which is the original one.

I did something like this a while ago. Instead of liquid I used a gelatin which I coloured blue kind of thing so the bubbles freeze in it. I then cut up an electric toothbrush and charger, made a wooden base for it with a plaque, then I made it so when you plug the bottle onto the base it lights up. It was pretty rad. (Seewutididthar?)

@semeroth1997 To keep it on the light? If you get the same size light and bottle that I used, it should naturally fit on top of the light. I never had to attach it with anything. The curve of the light somewhat matched the curve of the bottom of the bottle.

I discovered something interesting. if you do the steps with the bottle, but use mtn dew voltage instead of tonic water and food coloring, then any sort of light with actually light up the liguid and cause it to glow blue. It's really cool actually, a lot simpler too.
