I just installed this faucet and i love it however the pull out function takes allot of effort to pull out and it does not retract. It is installed correctly however we pulled it out to inspect further and even uninstalled it does not pull out easily, any suggestions on what could be wrong?
I don't think it is still under warranty. So if you can please find some time and post some info on how to open up the spray head so that I can fix the issue.
I have this faucet and love it. However, the spray head's switch permanent feature stopped working. I can still switch from spray to stream, but I have to hold it. I've tried opening up the spray head to see inside why it's broken, but I can't seem to figure out a way to open it. Can you please post a video on how to open up the spray head so, one, I can fix it, and second also to clean up any debris that may have built up inside the spray head so the water flows with pressure?
@TheChefAli I'll see what I can do. I'm really backed up with making videos currently. But if your faucet is still under warranty you may just want to see about a replacement.
