@discgolfer285 thanks for your interest.. thats a good question. it does take a lot of practice to get the phrasing right..and it varies from song to song.. more importantly.. it takes time to develop technique. so one cannot say it took a a month ..when everything is considered.. it took years.

@dizzysfingers I agree with you on that one. It definitely varies song to song, but the more you play, and more variety of music you play the easier it becomes to wrap your brain around the phrasing. Myself i haven't been around jazz and latin as much as i wish i was so that sort of music takes me forever to learn. And i must say, i love your arrangement of this song. It almost has more emotion than the original version.

You know that it is a lot easier for this piece to get a book or buy the sheet music - it has such complex chord changes, unless you have played for a long time you wouldn't get the piece sounding perfect for months.
