This is such a nice tutorial, i swear you got the best tutorials for those cool moves that anybody don't have a tut for, i'm so happy i subbed you, just learned the antispin with linear isolation within 5 minutes or so, but it's such a cool move! You got a happy spinner right here ;) Now to work with that cap ^^

They are definitely *same-time*, but he uses split-time butterfly (at 5.58) as a way to go into the extension, so that might be the bit that is making it confusing.

I think its split time the whole way through. The poi heads meet on the sides instead of the bottom and top, making it split time! :)

This particular CAP can be though of as split-time butterfly (or opposite direction with a horizontal mirror symmetry)

probably tonight ive got 3 days off work and i pretty much spun my fire poi all yesterday. i learned a cap variaition where you switch antispin/extension at the top of the triquetra trifoil thing.
