  • Better go rob a bank before you get started and don't trust any contractor and read the fine print and get it in writing...........

  • In my area (Whitmore Lake, Mi )they go an average of 30 - 70 ft where it is swampy , even up to 130 ft of more in very soft lake shores piering , it costs 1500-2500 per pier at 20 ft or so

  • Magnum makes a great system. Hard hats? bellevilledan has never worked in foundation repair, its hard back breaking work in tight confines and almost always bent over.
