As pointed out by jo05moon, MyTalk has a new update that adds support for streaming iPhone audio now. (turn by turn directions, games, music, podcasts etc)
You actually control volume by pressing and holding the talk button, it cycles through the different volumes, you simply let go when you've reached a desired volume level. The A2DP (Music Streaming) is available to download onto the ICON from the "MyTALK" app site. Hope this helps a little with your reviews.
