I like the unit overall but one down side is lack of tech support and hardware servicing. We has a breakdown and the unit had to be shipped back to the company in the US. We are still waiting (the unit is still under warrantee) and there are no repair service facilities here in canada--this will be a major problem for anyone not local.

um, i have a cloth that is a slightly darker shade of green than my greenscreen, id like to perform an "invisibility cloak" effect, could i just turn up the tolerance and wear nothing green but the cloth to have a great effect, plz answer!
