Nothing you see here starts unlocked, so no .50 cal or magnum at rank 1. There are 16 rank 1 perks, 14 rank 2, and 15 rank 3 perks, with 8 deathstreaks. My fav. deathstreak so far? Heatseeker (You get free thermal imaging instead of nightvision after 5 deaths in a row)
