Yeah! No kidding. They are as shady as the come. We had numerous inflated appraisals from them. Good thing they are gone they are a contributor to the real estate problems.

Finally a mortgage company that does not shy away from the problems of their industry. They truly want to help better their clients' situation. Apex Mortgage Columbia personally helped me out of a mortgage fraud situation that I was involved in with another company. I had no idea how I was going to get myself out of that situation and I just want to say, "Thank you Apex!" in doing so for me.

Yeah! Thats why APEX has been shut down in a handfull of states and dropped by wholesale lenders. Freaks.
