The reason, so everyone will know, that Disney doesn't endorse Kingdom Hearts in their parks, aside from selling very few merchandise, is because it is partly owned by Square Enix. If Disney wanted to make attractions, it would take Disney permission from Square Enix for every attraction. Although this would be cool, I don't think it will happen. Although I think that on most days you can find a fan cosplaying as one of the characters.
