    9gag.com/gag/2997142

  • dumb question maybe, but did quentin write that joke?

  • @CTCstoopid interesting question, but i have no answer! hope somebody else knows

  • @CTCstoopid No, probably not. I heard this as a a kid in Norway

  • Benjamin Blümchen xD

  • @paxpacis2 HOAHOHOAHOA AAAAHAAAHAAHAAAAHAA AHAAHAHAHA HOAHOAHOAHOA!!!

  • hahahahahaaa

  • in hungarian this is translated as another joke with badgers (with the same effect however :D)

  • @LipitlotY

    Borzalom. :D:D:D:D

  • lol ahora lo pillo... en realidad nada como mirar las pelicuas en v.o.!!

  • @ XCP0: agreed! i first wachted the german version, heared the joke and was like "wtf?", then i watched the english version and finally understood, poor thing that the german version can't translate such puns.

  • After I heard the English version I finally understand the joke. First I saw the German synchronized version and in the German word pool there is only the word "Ketchup" for the sauce, I didn't got the idea that this might be a wordplay joke for the English "catch up" and I thought: "Where the hell is the punch line?". This joke appears in German so random and weird that because of this I really laughed myself to death. It was the non-funniness what made the joke in German so extremely funny.

  • the same in the spanish version!

  • @XCP0 yeah me too hahaah

  • @XCP0

I'm German, and just now I was wondering again what they had done about that in German (since I only watched it in English). Doesn't surprise me that they couldn't come up with anything similarily "witty." Both because it's quite ballsy and because they probably didn't try.

  • @XCP0 How can you watch such a well written movie, full of hilarious dialogue, dubbed in German?

    wahnsinn, einfach wahnsinn, ganz verruckt

  • @XCP0 Same here in sweden

  • hahahahhahaha i loooove that joke. its really funny

  • thank u!!! =)

  • funny joke lol..love it

  • what means catch up?

  • I mean, what does that mean literally

  • in the movie it means like Ketchup (the sauce) which sounds like Catch Up.

Literally, when you say catch up to someone, it means that, for example, if you're walking, he's way behind you and you want him to walk/go faster. that's the best way I can explain.. haha :) got it? :)

  • LOOOL
