lol love this vid. but how did u get 9990 damage ON THE VORPAL/ALMOST INVINCIBLE RAT?!?!?!?!?! the only way I ever saw it killed was in the megamod 2.34: one plasma shot crippled its paw, then another plasma shot crippled a paw, and it said it "blew the poor paw right off " for both(even though it could still walk o.O) and then somehow about 70 dmg criticals came from sir lancelot(gatling laser guy) and eventually killed the rat, with only 1 paladin...oops, i mean knight killed.

@lovemetalhatejuggalo if u r not a hacker/programmer, then you will need to download the 1.5 patch, the restoration mod, or the megamod to get the startrek crashed shuttle or the knights(required before u can find the rat cave) and obviously the rat cave. think there wuz 1 more tho......

@TheJedrzejK thats weird i knew you had to run into the knights first but i had no idea you had to find the crashed shuttle also. apparently even after you put that encounter back in the game its only a 1% chance youll find it (after you get the knights of course)

@lovemetalhatejuggalo no what i meant was u need 2 find the knights first but u just need the patch to find the shuttle(or was it the phaser?) cuz i know that(since I hacked) in the 1.2 version of the game the "Phaser" weapon normally found on one of the redshirt corpses is a purple box with the white word "phaser" in it, like all other items not meant for normal game players to get(boss weapon, turret weapon, smithy's cool item((think its a fallout 1 item)) ). SO i guess the corpse is empty?!?

All rats have a chance of dying when they are shot in the head or the eyes (I forget which). Even with all the HP and AC the vorpal rat has, a lucky shot will kill it in one hit. I managed to kill it with a critical hit that did 0 dmg.

It might just be that rats naturally go over 101 when you critical hit them in the head and I had "Better Criticals" for the Vorpal Rat, but since I'd have to dig out the game to test it out, I'll just leave it.
