You do know that the map sensor needs to be on the other side of the blower to see boost correctly, yours will see nothing but vacuum.

unless he has it bypassed in the ecm, and seeing since he has upgraded injectors, that alone says he has had to go into the ecm, just saying, the guy knows what he is doing, not to mention the lap top he has directly hooked into the ecm. he knows what he's doing.

typically superchargers dont use the type of intercooler that you inquire of the intercooler is basically the intake manifold with coolant passages

no it doesnt, I have a cobalt SS. the intercooler is the intake manifold that uses coolant passages to cool the air charge..there is no front mounted intercooler like a turbo'd car might have
