The story was Singapore-funny, so many who are not local may not understand. However the storyline isn't all that great. But it is pretty okay. I went to watch this with a friend but the others in the cinema were pretty, old? Like 25+ and above. And me and my friend are 16. So it was kinda weird.

I do not refer to the so called trashy hong kong physical comedy, because hong kong comedies are nothing but crap for the past decades. Like what I've said, the 'Chinese humor', is more of comedies made in China which is more relevant about the daily lives of a Chinese living in China. But yes I agree, this is not another Jack Neo's style comedy!

Don't be fooled by the trailer. This movie is nonsense.

It has 2 or 3 funny parts, most of which are already in the trailer, but the rest is melodramatic crap in a plot that goes absolutely nowhere and ends in absurdity.

Would have worked as the film it purported to be in the trailer. I walked in thinking it would be similar to Death at A Funeral but with a whodunit murder mystery element; and that would have been a brilliant film. But sadly all it is in the end is a poorly-made family drama.

Unfortunately, this is just another piece of crap that is trying very hard to imitate the 'Chinese humor', where it looks more like the full English translation of a Chinese comedy from China.
