for some reason this method doesn't work for me. when i set it as wallpaper i just get a red "X" in top left corner of the screen. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The red x usually signals the video did not convert correctly. Have you watched my other video. What file format are the converted videos? Where are they saved? And what O/s are you running xp or vistA?
hey man, another thing. how do i (or can i) remove the highlight from around the desktop icons. they seem to be highlighted as soon as i run the video on the desktop.
maaan! It doesn't work! I followed the instruction but it's only black screen for me! please help me! =(

probably need a decent amount of ram to run those wallpapers.

not much actually they are very low memory consumption maybe 2-12 mb of video ram.

i was saying that i had a red "X" like when an image fails to load in google image search.
anyway, it works now. i have windowblinds with aero. that's why it wasn't loading, because my transparency level was too high.
anyway, sorry to bother you, your tutorial works perfectly 100% and it will work for anyone with windows xp.
btw, i am running it on acer aspire one.
