He has everything right except you cant go to the past or future. If you travel ahead of time, you are slowing your time down. When you stop and return to normal time, youve aged 1 day but the world has aged 100 years so it seems like your going to the future. But its just your time experience that has change. Vice Versa.
And you will find that you can never ever go to a time before you left - only a time after you have left. You can haste and slow your time, but not the time of the world.
