the good news: Don Young is facing a serious challenger within the Republican party who is currently the lieutenant governor for Alaskan governor Sarah Palin. Other than that, polls have shown Youngs Democrat challenger (a first in Alaska) to have the lead against Young. Chances are Young's days are done.

The tyrant details piss me off too, but the lobbyists and the bridge to nowhere are more infuriating. A friend of my sister's was pretty annoyed by how she was treated as in intern too. But at least there was no sexual harrassment (and the girl is gorgeous) and the senator she worked for was the only guy who turned down a bribe during the Abscam FBI sting.
