For the first time, the writers did an excellent job writing this script and the actors should have been nominated for this scene. He maybe a gay. But I do believe he loved Layla and really wanted to have a future with her. Only he wasn't honest with himself, first. Now, Stacy is pregnant with his baby that's just cold. It should have been Layla, the one he loved. Hey, you never know she could surrogate Mother to him and Kyle. Well! It was just a thought.

I've always liked Layla but used to think that fish wasn't a very good actor but today was such an emotional day and they both did an amazing job. On another board someone said they wouldn't be surprised if this scene wasn't nominated for an emmy, I would be surprised if Layla didn't win an emmy over this scene.
Great scenes. Loved the gay homophobe line. I like that they wrote it so that she still had compassion for him and was genuine in her appreciation for her gay friends as opposed to lashing out and calling him the "f" word.

Tika was incredible today, ditto Scott Evans. This was his best performance yet.
This story is groundbreaking for daytime, even tv in general. All the leads are minorities; black, latino, and gays.
