Because if you look closely at the win screen, its not as wide as a real Ferrari 360 same goes with the wheel base, the replica's aren't travelling very fast, so it can't be proved to be a real Ferrari. And the room they have at the event, do you think they can afford to crash 3 real Ferrari 360's? costs props about £150,000 altogether in comparison with 3 360 replica's at about £75,000 altogher.
It says in Ben collin's autobiography, he writes that they are fake ;)

there's something not quite right
+ when i saw it in australia they played down with the sickness by disturbed about 3 times louder than anything else in the show
but in one bit where the song wasn't drowning it out the ferraris sounded wrong, i'm fairly certain they weren't v8s
and here they look a bit weird

These were not genuine Ferrari's they were replicas made from a Toyota MR2
