cali banned the use of tunable carbs. its outlawed here. we usem anyway tho. lol he epa leans them out so bad. my briggs never revved so i would rev it to shut it off and then when i wanted it to rev it would just sputter out and die.

it helps lubricate and protect the upper cylinder walls and rings because it had been sitting for a long time.

to help get the rings unstuck, this engine was siezed up when i got it
