the middle house has 3 terminating service water electrical water but the 4th pipe of water need not stop at the house but miss the other water pipe totally ,depending if the pipe is on the other side house. in real life this happens I have pipe work under my block of land running to the back property but it dose not cut threw or near my pipe work of water so running pipe under the house and land can be done in real life depending if the is agreement with the neighbors

ya, in real life it wood go under but in real life u only need 3 pipes.heres how,lets say since u cant go threw and to make the puzzle harder lets say i cant go around sources or house or threw etc. all u have to to is combine it and putn a rubber lining between the gas,elect,and water(u don twant electrified water)and there solved

I take back what i wrote, i did some research online and that is one way to solve the puzzle. but there has to be other ways to solve it, if not that means is just a cheap puzzle.
