her subpoena was for a FOI in the taitz vs astrue case regarding the alleged SS number. it has nothing to do with the LFBC,, so the subpoena (not signed by a judge) is worthless. as such the Hi DOH was in no way compelled to release the LFBC.

she was told this before she went, but chose to ignore it.

how a lawyer this incompetent doen´t get disbarred i don´t know. i sure as hell wouldn´t hire her.
