  • Blimey Mark, nice to see your still knockin'em dead in the states!

Great intro btw. Look fwd to seeing ya'll in October- London..

  • Fantastic concert! I'm still reliving it on YouTube a month later. I love Mark's expression after he sings "when you're making love to me" around 8:20.

  • Fantastic how Level 42 is welcomed in the States !! Wish I was there !! Let's keep them alive for a long time !!

  • One of the best shows I've seen. And I've seen many, many shows...

  • @brunocoelhobass Totally one of the best!!!Well worth the wait.!Got to get them back for next year! Kill the the opening act,and let the lads jam with more of their undulating jazz/funk/bass.The crash moderns were cute.

  • I've been to over a thousand shows in my lifetime and this was easily in the top 10. The environment was just electric and the band KILLED. I thought I was the only one who preferred Pete Ray Biggin over Gary Husband for L42. I thought his grooves were great and he played tasty stuff all night long. "It's Over" was ridiculous. As great as Gary unquestionably is, If PRB remains the future L42 drummer, you won't hear any complaints from me.

  • @yokarp1 Same here. Unbelievable show, loved the drums.

  • @yokarp1 Here! Here! I always knew how awesome this band is and how they can easily blow away most bands here in the states. Pete Biggins reminds me alot of what Phil Gould brought to the table as a drummer in the band. Gary Husband is o.k. as a drummer, however, his drumming is no where near as tight as Pete's. And I can tell that Mark feeds off of Pete's enrgy on stage. I got to see Level 42 and Paul McCartney in the same week! Now that was exhausting. LEVEL 42 FOREVER!

  • @Mowac I totally agree! Pete Rocks the skins(And broke two sticks and still kept the groove with one)I miss boon on the lead guitar, taking nothing away from Nathan.!the energy in the nokia was electrifying!!We NEED MORE PERFORMANCES in the US!Quality musicians at the top of their form!Refreshing after 30yrs.huh!

  • I remember trying to read the set list -backwards -near Mike to try to figure out what was coming next

  • It was difficult to bring them over but we proved to them how much we appreciate it.

  • This was the show of the year for me. Hope they come back for a second tour!

  • Pete Biggin did one hell of a job on drums. Better than Gary Husband IMHO, but not taking anything away from Husband. Biggin has the fire that Phil Gould had when he was in the band.

  • @Mowac I couldn't agree more. I love Hubby, but Pete reminds me so much of the the grooves that MK and Phil did back in the old days. And it shows in the sound. The band has NEVER sounded better.

  • @Mowac The show of a lifetime, too!

  • I love the singing along in the audience
