@MrChristmas2012, first you download the file to your computer as a desktop icon (just save to desktop on your files). Then go into usb mode on your psp and plug it into your computer. Then install the program on a new icon that will show up on your desktop from the first download. After it's done downloading, unplug your psp, THEN type in the link in your psp's web browser and VIOLA!!! You have iPSP!!!!

It is just accessing a file saved on the memory stick through the internet browser. So, to answer your question, it was normal all all along. But, you can always go in and delete the file if you want to.
