@MThrow Word. They are relatively few and far between, but its true, the biggest trolls usually have no video content, so they have no idea how much effort goes into trying to put out content for others.
@wgmyler There are some videos with people who have taken a shot to the face for instructional purposes. Since its not rechargeable, I didn't want to waste the 30-40 bucks..
Kimber provides now a carry pouch for the PB2, as well as a GREY version and a TRAINER version. So, if you want to test it on your best friend it is worth to buy the trainer. :-)
How stupid. Fire the dang thing already. What kind of playing bang bang with your gun like your 007 or something. What a dork. Whats the point of this video?
@TheRusselmuscle The point is to show the relative size of the unit, what some of it's capabilities are, possible carry options, specs, and how it fits in the hand, and to deliver it in an entertaining way. Make sense now? Awesome. Thanks for watching buddy.
@PaulNeuhaus how much is your life worth?? this is a high quality unit. if it saves you life, its $50 well spent. I shot a vicious dog with one of these. stopped him right in his tracks. it comes out like a shotgun blast.
@stevo642007 I rehab and train pit bulls, even the ones that have been deemed "dangerous", so I know how to react to an aggressive dog. I live in WI, which is an "open carry" state, and I exercise this right when I go for walks. If the situation is dangerous enough that I have to draw a weapon to defend myself against a dog, a .45 hollow point costs WAY less than this pepper spray.
@PaulNeuhaus well we all have our own self defense methods, I am glad that I did not have to kill that dog. and I now have confidence in carrying the PB2. the pepper Gel comes out super fast.
@PaulNeuhaus 2 very effective shots. 90 mph, about 8-12" spread at several feet. Should go through some face masks with that kind of force, and hard to miss.
Also only about 4-5 oz, lighter than a lot of compressed cans.
I make a leather in the waistband or outside the waistband holster for these. Cost is $25 including priority shipping in the US. To order email or call to order lenwoodleather (dot) com
I did not have one up but decided it was a good idea so I shot a quick video and uploaded it.
It would not let me put the link in the reply but you should be able to see it by looking into my videos there is only one right now. If you have any troubles let me know.
@Brent376 Thanks for the comment. The only change I've made to mine is to add skateboard tape to the handle for a better grip. It really sits in the hand well with this addition. I have a similar technique, where I keep it in my front pocket, and move it to my jacket pocket or hand depending on where I am. I wish I could test fire it though.
@skindresser I'm with you on the gun aspect. I mentioned that in my written comments too, but didn't get it into the video. In a dark setting, that could be a REAL problem. Thanks as always for the commentary skinnyD. haha.
@skindresser 2 in 50 is 4%, which would be totally acceptable in my book. In any fight, whether its involving a lethal or non-lethal option, you better be ready to adjust to that kind of deviation. I would guess that way more than 4% of the time in any fight that something really unexpected, like dropping your weapon or missing completely is going to happen. In training, you better be ready for that kind of variance, or you're totally screwed probably 20% of the time. I don't rely entirely on>
Sweet. You could test it on yourself, Iv e heard thats one way of really understanding less lethal products, lol. Great Video. Loved the Kimber series by the way. I'm slowly coming around to the whole Kimber thing. It's just that Iv e had no issues with my Springfields or Colt and I'm such sucker for brand loyalty. Thanks for the sharing.
@OilTheGun That sounds like a good idea. I'll ask my wife if she wants to spray me in the face, and I'll clock how quickly she answers yes. Took the Kimber TLE to the range again yesterday, and ran another 250 not one issue. I had done my first detail strip of it (and any 1911 period) the night before, and I wanted to make sure it was still golden. Ran like a champ, no issues. I think the negative talk about Kimbers is probably mostly ill founded. There are a lot of really inexperienced.....
@noBuzzkillin ... shooters out there also, who will damn the tool if they have any problems whatsoever. That being said, I do actually feel a little like the 1911 is a slightly more finicky system than what I'm used to, and it sort of bugs me. It seems vastly more complicated than a Glock for example. I'm not sure how you feel about it (I know you run both), but because I'm mostly interested in shooting (not collecting), I'm aaallmost thinking of trading it in for a Sig P220 or something. not ..
@noBuzzkillin I'm a shooter and a collector, so not sure. I have had no issues with my Springfields or Colt. I just don't like Sigs bc of the cost, but I hear good things about them and may eventually own one.
Hope you dont take offense to the shout out I just gave you on my new video, uploading right now.
@OilTheGun I started weighing the G22 and P226. Spent a long time deliberating, and really ended up just not being able to find a reason to NOT buy the G22. Years later, I have a couple of reasons that the P226 might be better for my situation, but they are minimal.
Shout out? Are you kidding?? I would be extremely flattered! Thank you very much for even considering it.
@noBuzzkillin Sold my G22RTF2 on Saturday, great gun, but don't think I'll ever sell the G22 Gen 4, just a better fit. Video failed for some reason now I have to stay up another 80 minutes for the stupid thing top upload, just a little Gun show vid and shout out.
@OilTheGun Ive got the RTF. Think its a gen 3. The gen 4 might be nice to check out. Man, I hate it when video uploads fail. I usually just leave the computer alone until its done, which sucks too.
This video is annoying. Wow it fits in this pocket, it first in this one too! But wait, it also fits in my belt.
