what do you mean by self tweaked? which was the tweak? i have the exact same feadog D but doesn't sound like this! might I just need practise?

You can modify whistles in many different ways. I wanted a softer sound from my feadog so I slightly bluntened the blade and such. I don't know much about modifications. Google can help :)
