  • OMG if that women does not tell them what to do I will friggin scream

  • The 911 lady looks like bruno mars as a lady

  • hey i know where that is

  • what is the episode where the kid falls into the grain bin?

  • @TheBlacksheep2020 That one is called Feed-Bin Boy.

  • @digigirl986 that's it! thank you :)

  • @allgood2000 wait the lady was pregnant and she woke her son up in the middle of the night and you was pooping out blood you got the question from the episode loggers baby part 2

  • @Jackassfan7651 Oh, that was "Abruptia Placenta" from Episode 412. She was hemorrhaging, not pooping blood.

  • @allgood2000 when that one guy said about that one episode on the lady puking out blood what's the episode called?

  • @Jackassfan7651 I'm not sure, I can't find the comment you're referring to. It might be "Christmas Bulb Choke" from Episode 612. That one has a baby (not a lady) who chokes on a metal ornament and coughs up blood.

  • who thinks instead of wierd or what he should host rescue 911 again?

  • This made me cry

  • these are my cousins...

  • thats y u dont let little kids eat thick big foods.

  • The Rescue 911 episode that comes after this one is motorcop down in that show a policeofficer was chasing a driver and he falls off his bike

  • my sister works at that hospital...wow what a small world

  • is there any chance i can get police epiosde after this one

  • what a wonderful family thank God he made it. whats the segment after this one?

  • this women dispatcher is my mother makes me proud everytime i see this

  • @spikedeadman As you should be...she's the epitomy of professionalism and one of the best that the MoH has ever employed. Does she still work for the MoH?

  • @spikedeadman IVery interesting =) They said in this episode the incident happened in St. Catherines, Ontario. Was it a 9-1-1 call or did the community have a local emergency number? Just out of curiosity.

  • @JoeOnBroadway They would have called the local Ambulance number (for Queenston and 9th Street, it would have been the St. Catharines number (905) 984-5050 which at the time would have been area code 416. Note how the call taker answers the phone with the time - that was what they did on non-911 transfers. Some dispatchers did it for all, but the common practice was only for non-911 calls to preceed with the time.

  • @exkalibur25ca I see. Now I couldn't exactly hear how Denise answered the phone because of the background noise? What exactly did she say? If I may ask

  • This is why you don't give kids under 6 peanuts. It says so on the peanuts I get.

  • I stuffed a peanut in my nose when I was little. the doctors took it out. don't ask why, because even I don't know why I did it. :P

  • @sillydylan2010

They do reenactments or events that did happen in real life It's not fake but they're not going to have cameras rolling every time there's an emergency. You can use Google and actually find news stories for a lot of stories that were featured on the show.

  • Yooooo... Niagara CACC, old school. Miss those uniforms SO much

  • i love this show

  • its a scary thing to go through with ur child...hard for some ppl to deal with

  • all these accidents could have been avoided, never let your child run around the house with food in his mouth. but they were veryyyyyyyyy veryyyyyy lucky

  • At 2:32, when the dad lifts his head up you can sort of see the face of what appears to be a doll.

In fact I wonder if they outfitted the doll/dummy used for the situation/ re-enactment with what mathew was wearing for the re-enactment,

  • 3:36 looks weird

  • @videogameplayer08 It's probably a dummy.

  • @allgood2000 I stopped it and it is a dummy you can totally tell but they gotta go that for the show lolz.

  • :0 i choked on an ice cube and an orange in the same month! And I'm happy my mom knows how to give da himelik cuz I would have died

  • I Have Food Allergies To Scallops , I Feel A Little Empethy For The The Toddler , I Thought Of Stuff In My Life , Love Scott Orvik

  • This is good for life-saving

  • I want to become a 911 dispatcher as a result of this episode/program. If I can save many lives then my gift from God is complete. If i do get the job I would thank William Shatner and CBS for having such a profound impact on my decision.

  • It is a miracel! I cry when I saw the little boy with his nappy.

  • wow six kids...

  • I guess you never heard of the Duggar Family. They have 19 kids!

  • Wow that's a lot of mouths to feed. They may have had to get a big house.

  • Either the corn or peas segment.

  • Who the hell feeds their TODDLER peanuts. Derrrrrrr.

  • btw cool trivia this took place in 1993 also another segment took place before christmas in dec, 9,1993 "christmas bulb choke"

  • poor kid i fell so sorry

  • Great segment.....

    Any choking situations left:

the peas, the cereal, the apple......

  • I'm a paramedic and went through a similar situation when my daughter wasn't breathing. She was in a car accident involving drunk driving; I still have the ribbon that says MADD on it, and I'm still a mother against drunk driving.

Screaming and panicking never helps; in fact, it can hurt the victim b/c your attention isn't fully focused on the patient.

  • Long time no see Vicki. :)

When parents start acting like that on a call with me, I have the law enforcement control them. I am not willing to risk the patient's life because their parents/friends are being distracting.

  • I do that when they're REALLY bad, like when this woman screamed nonstop-I'm serious, she hardly took a breath-while we were working on her 3-month old baby who had quit breathing after having whooping cough.

I've never seen anybody before or since scream as loud and as continuously as she did.

  • Wheat and oat allergies are pretty bad don't you think allgood? And thank you for uploading this.

  • @ZMommaL56 Yes, there would be a lot of things you couldn't eat if you had those types of allergies.

  • Are bread, crackers, oatmeal, cake, pie, cookies, donuts, cereal, and potatoes some of them?

  • Yes

  • What were you telling me Yes about? Wheat allergies or what some of them were?

  • It would be terrible to have wheat allergies.

  • considering that other grains were ALSO mentioned I believe he has Celiac Disease, ie allergic to gluten.

  • Oh dear. That would be terrible.

  • why would you assume he also has celiac disease?

  • In part one of this episode the father stated his son had "food allergies" to wheat, barley, oats, etc. The first two, if not all three, contain gluten which is the root issue in celiac disease. If they ONLY mentioned ONE grain, I would say food allergy, but multiple grains is much more likely to be a gluten issue.

Considering this episode is 17 years old, it is understandable that Celiac is NOT mentioned, since it wasn't widely know by the general public until the 2000's.]

  • interesting.

  • @1nm1 this is my cousin who is choking and he does have celiac.

  • Like bread, cookies, crackers, donuts, cake, pie, and pasta? I sure wish you and beatlemoe can upload more episodes. I know you're probably at school. But I'd really appreciate it.

  • @ZMommaL56, everyone's allergic to somethings, when i was in school, an old classmate of mine allergic to oranges, and even i'm allergic to cheetos (the big puffy kind).

  • @DimeraFan28 Oh dear. But wheat allergies are no good.

  • Man, that dispatcher knew how the mother feels about a child in danger since she shared the same experience with her son.

  • Looks like the next segment preview involves a police motorcycle.

  • I am very glad that Matthew was fine. God bless.

  • I can't think of anything more traumatic for a parent than seeing their child helpless and hurt.

I am glad that everthing turned out great for this family.

    David

  • the dr at 5:47 sounds like a cartoon character like professor hinkle of frosty the snowman.

  • Hello allgood2000 Thank-you so much for uploading this eposide that is too bad this guy chocked on a peanet. But I'm happy he is ok but I hope you are doing well Quadracer687 (Laura)
