  • Hi Ms Lam, your swiss roll look so good. I want to make for my husband. My rolls always stick to the towel when I roll them. Do I have to wet the towel? and how many Farenheit and how long you bake it for.

  • @msgeet29 Hi, sorry. I am not Ms Lam, my name is wantanmien, my rolls used a little wet towel. 400 Farenheit, middle stage for 9 mins. Please check the video for more information :-)

    Love your recipe. I have done this recipe but my rolls always sticks to the towel. Yours is very clean. Do I have to use gelatin in my filling.
