  • Killer! I'm always looking for new high intensity exercises. Not sure I can do all these or last the full four minutes but definitely something to work towards. New kettle bell moves are a plus for me, thanks for that side to side exercise.

  • @mostafa3D You will gain weight do to muscle weighing more than fat, you will gain more muscle over time and lose the fat.

    6'1 250pounds here, I have breathing issues, so I walk on a treadmill for one hour while carrying two 15pound DB's.

    U`re 100% wrong! With willpower and focus anyone can do it right! I have the authority to say this because I jumped from 24% to 7% body fat in 4 months! No steroids, no crazy diets and within a healthy workout! Additional training like this helped me a lot!

    Since this is a cardio workout you can do this before your workout if you want to burn more calories, your body will already be fired up so that when you do weights you'll be burning more calories. It's a great warmup as well.

  • @SuperNNNaturaL Any intense cardio like this should not be done more then once every say...2-3 day....Twice a week max - especially if you have other intense muscle workouts.

  • @SuperNNNaturaL The most crucial way of losing fat is to change your diet in some way - You can do all the cardio/gym/any workout you want but without the proper diet you just won't lose any of that excess fat.

    This exercise will burn more fat than a 20 minute jog - it's because it's getting your heart rate up fast, it keeps it beating all the while working your whole body. This will also give you more overall definition in your body.

  • Nothing is as effective as sustained running to burn fat, fact.

    These exercises are very good conditioning exercise though. It is indeed evil but good. But due to the intensity, it is not sustainable for long and will never burn more calories than 30-45 minutes cardio. These things have been well measured in labs. The last bit is that actually cardio is necessary for an overall good cardiovascular condition. The heart does not develop well doing just these intense bouts of exercise.

    Doing 20 mins of HIIT burns more fat than doing a steady run at 70% for 40 mins.
