  • what i did was for the bridge i started at the wall then when i got good enough i whent to the couch and whent over on to the couch and then whent down form the couch to the floor and i learnd all by my self :) thx your video it helped A LOT!! :)

  • @HawazenAlshanti Sloane doesn't feel as comfortable doing some of the gymnastics moves since Katrina had more training for that - so she usually prefers her to demonstrate. But Sloane has as much or more dance training.

  • @MrZwinky345 try it with your feet elevated (like on a couch) and do the kickover from there (it is easier - but make sure you are still over a soft surface) - as you get better, try doing it with the feet lower

  • @caramelq2000 you dont need to be able to do a handstand - but arm strength helps - start with the back bend kickover first - get the motion then work on form

  • @dogluver5645 Always warm your muscles up first - it will help if you try this with cold muscles or if you over do it - doing bridges is good for stretching the back

  • @kaylovezw if you can get into the handstand - you just have to split forward down (like getting out of a handstand) - you have already mastered the hard part

  • @MsChuckyt just the gymnastics parts - sloane prefers her to do some of the explanations because she did more training - but dance is pretty even

  • I'm in gymnastics, so a way to help kick over is that when you are in your bridge, push your head past your shoulders a little bit and kick over, push with your other leg that is on the ground. (ex. if you kick over with your right, push off with your left, or other way around if you kick off with your left, push off with your right.) Remember to keep your arms straight, and keep your stomach tight as if you were doing a handstand. Hope this comment helped some of you. :)

  • hi i can do a back bend but my feet start slipping when i do this on my carpet and when i start lifting my leg up to go into a back walkover its really hard to push up with my other leg. Is there any suggestions on both of these problems? Please answer me back.

  • @xXSissasXx try to find somewhere that isnt slippy or put your foot near the wall so you cant slide. Practice bridge & recovery with our tutorial to help you

  • @queenie2304 just make sure it is very controlled so you dont hurt yourself dropping into a spilt

  • I have a question. Whenever i do my back walkover i can kick over on the ground. But when i try to do the whole thing i'm too scared to lean back. I've tried doing it on the wall and leaning back on the couch but i'm still to scared. And sometimes i'm even scared to do it with a spot. But i got my Backbend in 2 days and i got my back bend kickover in 3 days. I am just scared to lean back is there anything that can help me?

  • @nf094e you should get the back bend down good first just to asure ur not dependent on the pillows then once you get the back bend without any issues then start doing yuur walkover and if it helps yuu can jump a lil why the pillows are there that way it will help with the feel of things. hope i helped!(:
