I'm in gymnastics, so a way to help kick over is that when you are in your bridge, push your head past your shoulders a little bit and kick over, push with your other leg that is on the ground. (ex. if you kick over with your right, push off with your left, or other way around if you kick off with your left, push off with your right.) Remember to keep your arms straight, and keep your stomach tight as if you were doing a handstand. Hope this comment helped some of you. :)

@nf094e you should get the back bend down good first just to asure ur not dependent on the pillows then once you get the back bend without any issues then start doing yuur walkover and if it helps yuu can jump a lil why the pillows are there that way it will help with the feel of things. hope i helped!(:
