well is not really that they wear a lot of make up, but using the double eyelid tape, big circle lenses and fake eyelashes can change someone appearence as dramatically as someone wearing a lot of make up like eyeshadow and such. But then again, thats what the whole gyaru style is...a dolly look, and dolls have humongous eyes :o
