if they mounted a howitzer on a similar system, that would be some awesome mobile artillery. it could get to the top of steep ridges and rain shells down on enemy targets with an even greater range.

Thank you for the comment on the video. The amazing walking excavators are a bit on the pricey side, running about $200,000 and up. Terex has discontinued the Walking Excavator line, but there are other brands available.
