Without buttons your are very limited on what games you can play for example you will never have a decent first person shooter on kinect but on psmove because you have buttons :D you can get amazing fps like killzone3 sodom 4 mag and menu to come later on also with the more precise tracking on psmove its much more accurate then your kinect. Xbox kinects camera or motion tracking cam can only run at 30frames per second .. 30fps!! My phone is better the

Kinect definitely has some great possibilities beyons jump up and down and side to side. I hope MS is paying attention to this stuff and has some good firmware updates planned.

Youre using OpenCv with a camera input, ok where does the Kinect come in? You're not even using the 3d camera. A regular webcam would do the same thing.

@computergeeq Uh, yeah. It uses an infrared camera along with some IR camera to do depth calculation. It is then fed through a complex software package to so probable bone location.
