Unreasonably high as price, doesn't offer as much flexibility as Linux, everything with this product is paid or will charge you sooner or later... marketing and support is good in the USA and UK, but not so good in the rest of Europe... You can do virtually the same thing as any other computer, sure it looks nice, but when it breaks... do you know what a pain the ass and expensive it is to fix? You drop your computer, let's say, and the hinge for the screen cracks... well on a Windows computer (like HP, Dell, Sony, ect.) you can just replace the hinge, but noooo, with a Mac you have to replace the WHOLE screen, it costs about $250+.

Was there today, one employee was VERY good. Had a conversation about how he liked a lot of Windows stuff - said he preferred iWork for certain reasons, but still thought Office was a great product. Also raved about HTC phones. Everyone there was just happy to be a part of the opening and the store. I like to think we attended the opening not as consumers, but as supporters. My Mac has helped me immensely recently.

So the store is pretty much big rooms with large wooden tables spread across two floors having small electronics placed on them, like twenty employees to a room, a few TVs and pictures on the walls. Wow... that is innovative.
