Yes, I go to his church MorningStar on occasion -- maybe once every couple months. I used to go every Friday night, but it's about 45 minutes' drive from my house, so it's not easy to go there regularly anymore.
The trouble with "god" is that his book, written by his scribes, condemns homosexuals to eternal fire in hell. That's the fact. I speak out against religions that kill and have killed countless gay people over the ages. It's not acceptable to be gay-christian; not if you believe the bible. And if one does not believe the bible's quite literal and definite word, he/she is into a double-fantasy.
I'm not going to change your mind... but God can. Whatever evil, human "Christians" have done, Christ taught love. The Bible teaches both God's Holiness and our redemption through Christ. We don't end up perfect or problem free, even when we die. But we can be better than we are and His grace is sufficient!
