I started playing the N64 one for the first time. After loving Twilight Princess for so long I think I might even like Ocarina of Time more. Damn..so this new game plus the system to play it on? What's money again? I don't believe I have any of that..
Master quest was more of an "edit" or a "mod" (Or to be exact, a modification) of the original game code. Putting zelda on the Wii (VC) and gamecube was just a port and they fixed stuff.
Zelda OOT has a 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 2.0.
2.0 is the Wii/Gcube version. Get it right.
This IS a remake, because they are building everything from the ground up. Compare Pokemon Red and Firered...COmpletely different right? or Same thing?

Majoras Mask is the only Zelda Game where i didn't memorize the walkthrough. I only beat it once and it took me 4 years :D. IF they remake THAT n64 game, I hope it will be easier.

You don't seem to know what the difference is between a remake and a sequel.

yeah... but this is also no more of a remake than is FF tactics on PSP..... just an enhanced graphics port in this case (with MAYBE minimal addition?) like the Chrono trigger re release.. but we don't know, only that so far the footage looks like everything (aside from graphical quality) is identical. 1. Ocarina of Time was revolutionary. Twilight Princess was not.
2. Ocarina of Time was epic. Twilight Princess was not.
3. While Twilight Princess had a lot of the same story elements as Ocarina of Time, it can in no way be considered a remake.
Over all, Twilight Princess was a weak Zelda game with a "dark" atmosphere as Nintendo's was of saying, "Look we're mature now, forgive us for Wind Waker.

No Offense to Majoras Mask fans but i kinda want a Links Awakening Remake next. It will be kinda cool to see Marin and Link together again on the Island with colorful 3D enhanced graphics loads of sidequests and familiar dungeons all in stereoscopic 3D on the go.

Its just like Oot just updated. you still meet the gorons & zoras you still fight ganon in a concealed area with zelda helplessy watching i xould go on & on but i haven't played a zelda game all the way through in years. so i can't remember tha exact details. but there are many similarities, so your never a kid in Tp yada yada but the simlarites are great enough to where it could be call a potential remake.

It's not even close to a remake; new map, new controls, new graphics, new characters, new plotline, new items, new moves, etc, etc. Just because the story and gameplay are kind of similar (not really that similar - especially for them being in the same series) doesn't make it a remake.

No Hyrule castle was underwater, MM didn't have the iron boots or the boomerang. so you fail in that dept, In WW youy don't fight ganon in the same method as TP & OoT. did i mention WW? No so you best stop-being harded and listen to what the fuck a 15 year zelda fan has to say, TP is of course a sequel.
but it can be thought of as a damn remake despite the new twili & wolf form etc etc,

@dimaggio1324yeah Every Link is a descendant. Every Zelda has similar characters. That doesn't make them remakes of OoT, at all. Did it have Shiek? Did it have time travel? Did it have A Shadow Temple? Dead Hand? Floor Masters? Kaepora Gaebora? Did it have Din's Fire? No? Then it's not a remake. You don't seem to know what the difference is between a remake and a sequel.

@narcolepticchairftw What does all that matter? i can point all alot of similarities all day shiek had minimal to do with the storyline anyways and since ganon never took over hyrule in TP he had zant * the twili to do his dirty work, thats about the only difference in terms of storyline as this was hundreds of years later from OoT. so im sure they would't use the same method to defeat ganon as OoT after the final battle, its the same ganon from OoT, like i said it CAN be considered a remake.

yeah... but this is also no more of a remake than is FF tactics on PSP..... just an enhanced graphics port in this case (with MAYBE minimal addition?) like the Chrono trigger re release.. but we don't know, only that so far the footage looks like everything (aside from graphical quality) is identical. BUT still an amazing game as always, and now a little bit prettier.

@dimaggio1324yeah Let me explain the differences between Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time.
1. Ocarina of Time was revolutionary. Twilight Princess was not.
2. Ocarina of Time was epic. Twilight Princess was not.
3. While Twilight Princess had a lot of the same story elements as Ocarina of Time, it can in no way be considered a remake.
Over all, Twilight Princess was a weak Zelda game with a "dark" atmosphere as Nintendo's was of saying, "Look we're mature now, forgive us for Wind Waker.

@narcolepticchairftw Not every link is a descendent. Play Wind waker second quest. The KoRL says that the Link in that game is not a descendent from the one in OoT. The Link in Twilight Princess is not a descendent. Neither is the Minish Cap and Four swords one.

first of all, if it was a remake they would have a similar plot, witch they have not.
all the temples would have atleast a little in common witch they have not (exept the element of the temple (fire, water etc)
second, they would have atleast the main characters, witch they have not. (expect zelda, link, ganon)

OMG you have no idea how I just got goosebumps right now. This is the best Zelda ever made. Last present I got from my dad before he passed. I will always love and cherish this game more than anything. I just hope they have a zelda edition 3Ds with the triforce on it or something

No Offense to Majoras Mask fans but i kinda want a Links Awakening Remake next. It will be kinda cool to see Marin and Link together again on the Island with colorful 3D enhanced graphics loads of sidequests and familiar dungeons all in stereoscopic 3D on the go.

Just imagine a Light Temple, Ice Temple, and Turtle Rock Temple (also in Zelda 64) in the new game all in stereoscopic 3D enhanced graphics and cutout enemies........hell yeah.
