r&c is a good game but it dosent relly stay with wats going on j&d they keep it going they way its sopost to and in jak 3 he goes in dark eco mode and the white eco mode then he has lots of cars and some good guns even 1 that makes 0gravity. i think that dax vs clank=dax jack vs rachet=jak but seriosly injerd it wuld be a good fight but jak wuld win but i still love r&c

im not saying that jak sucks its just ratchet has a lot more wepons and can do a lot more moves than jak.

Ratchet and Clank's storyline sucks ass. I have every single Jak game and my friend has every R&C game. I've played the first game where he gets that ugly robot and the newer ones and the storyling is shit. The gameplay was kinda weird. You fly on some gadget onto floating pieces of land?? Forreal dude? Jak&Daxter would own R&C. Ratchet can have all his weak little guns and his dance moves, but on a battlefield jak would dominate 150%.

you do know daxter dances, and not ratchet, right? and he uses a slingshot to from piec of land to peace of land on the first planet. and his guns are meant to unusual, strange, and unbelievable simply because thats how the game was designed. and btw, the story for the first ratchet and clank was WAY better than the story for the first jak and daxter.

i can agree with you that after the first game, jak and daxter did have a much better story. i feel that ratchets guns are more creative and surreal, while jaks guns are more realistic, yet neither is neccesarily better. melee wise, however, i definitely prefer jak and daxter, yet i like ratchet and clank's guns more.and the storyline isnt as good in ratchet and clank because the goal is more to improve your arsenal than to beat the game( though both nevertheless are important).

@vampier51 I've played both. R&C 1-3 and will do 4 soon. Jak 1-3 and will do X soon.I'm not a kid either. Reason why i havent played those two games. Too busy. I find them both very fun. Dont see why people fighting over whats better.

I agree that the story line is better cuz it's the same thing in the 3 games.But no offence, try to not just see the bad things in Jak 's "rival" and whatever. You may someday even like R&C if you try. =P

Yeah, while jak has four guns, ratchet has his puny little 20 guns.and ratchets spaceship versus jak's car, well, lets just say that even though the spaceship can fly AND shoot laser beams, jak's car would totally cream. and, of course, dont even get me started on the peacemaker vs. rynocerator scenario. i mean, a gun which shoots one shot at a time which can deal out a lot of damage with ten ammo is a lot better than a gun which shoots out 14 missiles that deal serious damage with 50 ammo.

I like jak x, it is fast, mature, destructive. it is like mario kart only it doesn't suck. I still wish they could have thrown light eco somewhere though, maby it could have made you invincible for a couple of seconds.
