Noise pollution??
For years the bush resounded to the thump thump of diesel generators all night to run the air conditioners, and now they whinge about the whispering whoosh of a windmill.

Yes i would love one in my back yard.
I am considering putting one on my roof.
In WA once i lived with the sound of Galv iron windmills and they could make a racket on a windy night.
no one can command that the world be silent you just have to live with it.
