Someone posted it while ago but I will repeat once again - girl from SNW cover is called Misty Mundae, she played in a movie Roxanne (first lesbian movie ever). If you're curious, all scenes in this video are from Roxanne. I think there is no need to watch the whole thing - it's really nothing special but Deftones fans may find it interesting haha :) She is also a director and actress. Well... sorry about my english errors. That scenes was from an old "experimental movie" called Roxanne. It was the first lesbian movie ever, and has a lot point of views from the 70´s "chic heroin" style. The name of the song is really a Konami Code for PS and PS2. But the music has a perfect match for the video.
