it sounds slower because there are two bullets firing at rapidly. go search zenma hacks or sometin and watch him play with deagle. when he has his unlimited ammo hack on his deagle firing fast sounds exactly like this double mk.

If you want a quick reload buy "Quick Weapon Switch" it makes your weapon load and switch faster and I believe it almost makes it reload faster as well.
