@AssaultCrusader Look for sandy areas in dry places. Try to find some places that don't get too wet when it rains, like under the overhangs next to buildings.

@AssaultCrusader you can catch them by getting on your knees and blowing at it untill you see the bug then get a spoon or a shovel and scoop it up and put it in a bowl/container of dry sand.

ha, i captured an antlion, its my pet and i feed it all the time, one time i fed it an Odontomachus bauri trp-jaw ant. epic battle! at first the antlion is winning and drags the ant underground half-way, then the ant snap its mandiques down at it super hard, you could hear the snap! He did that a few times and everything got silent. i sniffled but then the antlion shook the ant around as hard as he could and the pit caved in on them, i dug them up to reveal the winner. sure enough my antlion won
