    Day 21: IBD/TIPP Tracking Poll

The race tightened again Sunday as independents who'd been leaning to Obama shifted to McCain to leave that key group a toss-up. McCain also pulled even in the Midwest, moved back into the lead with men, padded his gains among Protestants and Catholics, and is favored for the first time by high school graduates.

    11/2 44.6% 46.7% 8.7% O +2.1 , Nov. 4 McCain pulls into lead with that 9% und'd. tracking in +6 McCain =+4 win for McCain.

  • oh i almost forgot, this is my school too

  • YES WE CAN! a night i dont think anybody who was there will forget. my 3 year old niece was on y shoulders chanting BARACK OBAMA, BARACK OBAMA. see ya all at the poles Tuesday! peace

  • OBAMA 08

  • oh boy, another obama hitler reference. i have seen these e-mails. if memory serves me correctly adolph hitler wanted to exterminate black people. is the idea here that people with good public speaking skills are inherently evil and have a secret agenda? it was irritating when i got the e-mail comparing bush to hitler, and it is infuriating when i got the e-mail comparing obama to hitler. come on man quit with the moronic fear mongoring and offer a real argument.

  • 1KKKyu, what color is the sky in your world?

  • We got there at 1pm, and it was worth the wait!

An unforgettable night with 40,000 other people who believe the way forward for America is to embrace hope and leave fear behind.

Watching the last 10,000 or so rush onto the back half of the field was incredible!

  • Thats my school field... lol

I practice there on a regular basis!

I didn't go, but thats awesome seeing all those people in my city, in my field, where i was! lol

  • I drove from Joplin and waited in line for about 5 hours with my girlfriend and my parents. It was well worth it to see the Obamas speak. I hope it's a landslide come Tuesday.

  • We waited 10 hrs in line, when his motorcade came in tears of happiness, hopefulness and inspiration ran down our face. Thank you for this video it was an experience I will never forget...

  • I was there and worked the campaign for Barack, it was the biggest political event I've ever seen in the Republican Bible Belt. The Repukes held a veterns event in town to counter this and no one (much) showed up!! Thanks for posting.

  • @xytxccd Maybe, Obama can take some of those hard working veterans tax dollars, to pay for an education for you, so you can learn to spell veterans properly.

  • i was 10 feet away.. amazing... epic... i didnt realize how many ppl were there until i saw this... thanks

  • I was there down on the field about 75-ish feet from the stage. Truly an amazing experience that I'll never forget.

  • Thanks for sharing this. I was there, but my view from the field wasn't good enough to get video.

  • I appreciate you putting this up. Its great to see this great state show up and support Obama/Biden! Thanks again.
