There is major flaw in this video koishi is shown as geek boy and chuck . Besides choises are pretty bad however animation is quite good . Here are my choises

Panty : Definetly marisa - She stoles/breaks hearts , generally slut of gensokyo

Stocking :Pachoulli - appearance and character has similarities

Chuck: 9999999999 ? Yes Cirno , because both look dumm thats alll

Garterbelt and geek boy has some strange relation in psg so its pretty hard to decide what to choose from gensokyo world ,
