Dude, It's not fake, to get Hidan and Kakuzu you have to get in between 10% to 20% with all Akasuki characters. And actually Ive based the percents like this

10% - Hokage rank 6% - Head ninja 4% - Jonin 3% - S. Jonin 2% - Chuunin 1% - Genin

And thus I got Anbu Kakashi, Hidan, and Kakuzu by those terms.

20% is two hokage ranks any thing other than hokage is less than 10% each, so if you cant get two hokage ranks do 1 or more of their missions and try and get as high a rank you can

Ok the places i looked at how 2 get ANBU kakashi is complicated here's the easier understanding

Beat 2 of everyone's missions, 5 of kakashi's missions 1 of them has 2 be the S rank. check your info card and see how much % u have completed on ur mission list, when that % exceed's 40% do kakashi's S rank again. Well this is the way thats easier to understand.

I unlocked bando by: getting first in time attack only but do score just in case. I had 600+ battles done and I just know this last one works.. buy everything in bando's shop(except anbu kakashi) and raise 70,000 ryo to get and unlock bando. Well since you might not have alot of money the use orochimaru and combo mission.

Gamecube: Down B and then A

Wii remote:(no nunchuk) Down 1 and then 2

Then do it again but this time against Anbu Kakashi
