  • Makes a lot of sence. I am an anxiety sufferer and I can say I have been through hell already. I like your advice.

    Thank You!

  • thank for giving that good advice to many people out there.

  • Hello! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • I have been fighting severe GAD my entire life. This is SUCH wonderful advice, thank you so much for making this!!!

  • you are cool as hell.......its great and encouraging to get a dose of humanity from someone from the institutions in this world we live in. Coporate America doesn't produce such knowledge and humanity because they are not what they seem. All Shiny and new but the smell of decay in their brains. Humanity will prevail.

  • @222Lightning Agreed!

  • If only the peeps around me understood this....no point in even going there. If a person can't figure out why I don't want to answer a phone after 20 years...they still have to ask...they just don't want to understand. You know?

  • You actually make me feel like everything just might be okay that I'm going to get over my disorder. Thank you for this new found hope, it's very encouraging.

  • @MegaDreamer88 You sure can! Keep hope alive!

  • do you know if mitral valve prolapse ties in with high anxiety? my mother and I both feel like we get anxiety a lot and i ve heard that anxiety is a symptom of mitral valve prolapse. thanks for the help

  • I've never heard anything about that, actually. I would imagine that the symptoms of MVP could possibly scare someone into having anxiety (if the symptoms are even bad enough), but I don't know about any direct link.

  • i have anxiety so does most of my family, i almost cried in class because it was bothering me so bad today (i am a 16

    215-pd boxer :,\

  • What if you've had this problem for years, can it ever be over come?

  • Oh yes. The amount of time you've had it doesn't matter much. You can certainly overcome it.

  • Hmmm, lately i have been afraid of hurting other people or myself. It went up to such an extent that I have tried to stay away from people. That's OCD, isn't it?

  • You are right. Those people with panic disorder need our understanding. That would give them comfort. We must also make a little or more adjustments for them.

  • i have anxiety. :'(

  • Nice video, great info. Alot of what you are saying I know myself. Problem is, all the things you said people should not do to the phobic, they happen to do jsuit that to me. It makes me feel like a real piece of shit. My self esteem and confidence is crushed because of it. Makes everything so much worse. I ahve absolutely no support at all and I dont have any place or doctor I go to to even help me at all. Its really getting so much and I ofetn feel like ending my life because of it.

  • amen! I just began suffering from anxiey and panic attacks a few years ago and it has gotten progressively worse. My fiance gets angry with me and tells me "not to think about" the things that trigger my anxiety attacks. If only he knew that its not so easy! Especially since the fears I have are triggered by the environment ( I have a fear of the end of the world, as crazy as that sounds).. but its a legitimate fear that causes alot of distress and pain in my life. Thanks for this video!

  • Good video, my mom needs to watch this, she always does something, that makes me hate myself more, and i blame myself

  • Don't blame yourself. Guilt only makes things worse.

  • I know i know, but you know how hard it is not to.

  • your videos are TREMENDOUSLY informative..

    you're giving me hope here..LOl

  • i have them idk even know why i just started getting the one day when i am 16 iam 18 now i just wanna get over this shit i hate it it interfers with doing things

  • Yes, it is horrible. I hope your family and friends are supportive of you. It's really the shits when people don't understand what we go thru. I have one family member who just doesn't get it and she actually is mad at me for not being able to work.

You'll get through it though. I'm doing a lot better now, but I still get depressed sometimes about it. Tonight happens to be one of those nights.

  • Im have severe anxiety and am a worrier. I wish I could talk to someone who knows what I go through, let me know if you can talk to me on the phone or online maybe I feel helpless sometimes.

  • I have lived with this for about 9 years

Im 22 and still have social anxiety I am seeing someone about this and it has helped me so much I find my work really helps me a lot

I find doing new things is hard because its a part of change Im doing ok with it now but still is hard sometimes

good on you for doing a video on this!!

it really shows people like myself they are not alone with panic attacks

  • Glad to see you're making it through! Keep working on it. It takes a lot of time and effort. And your work will and is paying off.

  • iam right there with u man
