Being a Velvet-obsessed since nearly fourty years I never thought that any cover could reach me. Ok, I liked Joy Divisions version of Sister Ray. But Beckman's interpretations really strike me, especially this one! It's running in continuous replay. Have to come down with a third Fernet Branca ;-)

who other than Beck could take a classic tune and twist it to something completely different? He's so innovative. His take on Heroin is also pretty sweet. Beck + Velvet Underground is a pretty nice combo
