I don't think you need the presence of a guitar to maintain interest in a song. Om does this job rather beautifully with just two musicians. Guitar can be flavorful in some aspects where it is lacking, but in music such as this, it is best left out of the final mix.

How much Om have you heard? Go and listen to "To the Shrinebuilder" and tell me it doesn't have "drive". In my opinion a song like that has farrr more drive than any song with one or more guitars. But anyway, as someone said, it doesn't have to be about drive and energy, more the vibrations and weight of the music.

Green matamps are made by matamp.Matamp and matamp and orange use to make orange matamps until they had a falling out years ago.And the both company's went their separate ways.When they first started making the green matamp line in 1990's.They used old matamp chassis and there are a few of them out there on orange amp chassis.I have seen them like that.And electric amps are cool to they use all new parts.
